pressSIGN Scoring System for QC Color

pressSIGN is a Scoring System software that helps control the print process accurately and consistently on all types of printing machines – offset, gravure, flexo, screen and digital. It analyzes color measurement data to provide print set-up guidance based on international standards (such as ISO 12647, ISO 15339, GRACoL G7, Japan Color, SWOP) or user-defined standards.

Dynamic Density Adjustment (DDA):
- Helps operators achieve the lowest Delta E from just one solid color patch
- Dynamically adjusts to print conditions (paper type, ink, temperature, humidity, etc)
Dry Back Compensation:
- Corrects color shift after the ink dries or after processes such as lamination
Dot Gain / Tone Curve Export:
- Supports export of 3 types of tonal curves: TVI (dot gain), 4CX (4 Color Exchange), and NPDC (Neutral Print Density Curve)
4CX Technology:
- Correct gray balance using ICC profile data, especially useful for digital printing
Spot Colour Libraries:
- Includes PANTONE® color library and allows users to create custom color libraries
- Can monitor up to 12 spot colors in one job, in addition to CMYK
Soft Proofing:
- Visually display the comparison between the printout and the target standard before printing
- Can simulate the effects of tonal curve changes
