FAG Graphic System Spectrodensitometer, Creasy dan Flexo Plate measurement
FAG Graphic System provides measuring instruments in the form of Spectrodensitometer (a tool to measure Cielab color, density, dotgain and raster on printouts), Creasy (a tool to measure Bead and Height from bending / folding of cardboard boxes) and Flexo Plate measurement (a tool to measure flexo plate characteristics, raster and screen ruling polymer flexo). All measurement results are presented in a report with PDF format, so that the data is more accurate and easy to share with related departments.
FAG CREASY
We are proud to present our pocket size FAG CREASY creasing and folding inspector. The Sensor is connected to a PC via a USB2.0 port and supplies a Cute view of Crease.
This device is the optimum tool to control the converting process of creasing. It measures the characteristics of the bead, the spine, the folding symmetry and angle in a fast and intuitive manner. The software automatically creates quality control reports.
FAG FLEX4 PRO
After almost 1000 installations worldwide of the extremely popular FAG FLEX3PRO Flexo Analyzers, FAG redesigned and launched the new FAG FLEX4PRO Flexo Analyzer at LabelExpo 2023. The FAG FLEX4PRO along with the new FAG RELIX4 makes the perfect combination of equipment for controlling the flexo plate production. The functions of focus levels and light scattering provide important information on the quality of cleanliness of the intermediate depth structure. The new operating software also simplifies the operation of the device. Integrating the FAG RELIX4 into the FAG FLEX4PRO saves space and enables rapid measurement of dot sizes and relief depths.
